MINI EXPRESS is a unique coffee maker from Bialetti company works like a classic moka pot, but has a great advantage coffee flows directly into the cups and you do not lose the unique crema that is lost when pouring.
We recommend following the exact preparation procedure. If used incorrectly, the coffee maker will not work, will be damaged or may compromise the quality of the coffee.

Instructions for use:

Grind the coffee to medium coarseness

Pour cold water into the bottom container, not up to the rim, up to the valve

Pour the coffee into the cups up to the rim and align, do not strain

Put the pot on the stove on the lowest setting to avoid burning the coffee.

When the coffee starts to bubble and run out from the bottom, remove the pot from the stove.

The pots are for a certain number of espresso coffees, if you like a larger coffee, top up your espresso with hot water or milk.

Never put less water or coffee in the pot.

Cleaning:
Do not put the teapot in the dishwasher wash with water or detergent at most. The natural coffee wrapper is important for aroma and flavor. Washing with chemicals will get inside the teapot and degrade it.
