Preparation procedure :
Prepare coarsely ground coffee in a quantity that corresponds to the size of the container. For the French press we recommend chocolate coffees from Central America such as Costa Rica, Mexico or Guatemala. If you like a fruity aroma then Tanzanian or Rwandan.

2. Boil the water and let it stand for about 0.5 minutes. The temperature will then drop to the desired 93 to 94 degrees Celsius.
3. Slowly pour the coffee prepared in the bottom of the pot. Allow to stand for 3 to 4 minutes.
4. Stir the kettle once more.
5. Slowly squeeze. Finished.
6. Be patient and let the drink "breathe" in the teapot for 2 minutes. The flavours and aromas will fully develop.
